Final Communication Plan

For this project, I worked with a team to effectively implement a plan to resolve Ford’s communication surrounding vehicle recalls. designed social media mock-ups aimed at millennial customers, emphasizing transparent communication on recalls. These sample posts showcased tailored messaging to engage customers and drive recall awareness, featuring direct calls to action and accessible links for recall information. In addition, I outlined the key benefits of implementing this strategy, including heightened customer trust, brand loyalty, and proactive service engagement. By concluding the presentation with a cohesive summary, I demonstrated the value of this approach to enhance Ford's relationship with its audience and support long-term customer satisfaction.
